    Yes, both accounting technicians and accounts largely perform the same tasks.
    The best bookkeeper certification is the AAT Qualified Bookkeeper designation.
    Bookkeepers need to be a Certified or Qualified Bookkeeper and a member of a professional association such as AAT or the International Association of Bookkeepers.
    Similar, but slightly different. Accounting technicians generally earn more than bookkeepers and are able to perform a larger range of tasks.
