Can I receive course materials by mail?
Absolutely! You will need to purchase the Hard Copy Course Notes, and we will send them straight to you https://www.thecareeracademy.com/add-ons/
What kind of support will I get during my course?
Students will receive a call or email from the Student Success team to take them through the onboarding process and navigation. This will assure that you have received their log in details, and are able to find their way. You will also received unlimited tutor support throughout your course.

What are the technical requirements for online courses?
There are no prerequisites to enrol into a course with The Career Academy. For most courses, all you need is a computer and internet connection. Some courses require certain Microsoft applications
