This course will provide an introduction to key concepts in advertising for and interviewing potential employees, including but not limited to the necessary components of a job advertisement, how to create a job advertisement using key legislation and key concepts and how to develop interview questions.
This course will provide an introduction to workplace procedures and how to create and implement basic guidelines. It will include but not be limited to how to write a workplace procedure, the steps required to deal with a grievance, workplace safety checklists and how to write a job description for a supervisor role.
This course will provide an introduction to equity, ethics and morality and how they affect the workplace, including but not limited to how to write a code of practice for an organisation, the importance of intellectual property rights in regards to maintaining ethical and equitable practices within an organisation, and key legal considerations specific to workplaces.
